How I built my own "MONSTER" Rack Server. - [Main Site]

Overview

When I first set out on this project, I had several key ideas in mind:
  • Organize all my computers together in a rack
  • Provide better cooling - possibly water cooling
  • Have everything inside the tower, except the main power line and internet connection.
  • Be able to move the rack around if needed.

I set out with a plan and a vision, and through the course of 8 months constructed a working solution - with a few different results than my original goal.

Take a look around, and maybe my experience will help someone else out. Feedback is great, and can be provided through my site's contact page.
A note about the rest of my site:
The javascript site has been my hobby for many years now, and the sporum project was a neat expense of time :P where I mastered MySQL and Perl. The PHPRT project is one of my later endevours that as the name indicates is PHP intensive.
To learn more about how the javascript site evolved, you can read here.
Enjoy your visit to my corner of the web, and feel free to drop me a line. I'll post up some feedback in a manual effort to weed out anything not appropriate for all to read. (I will put the feedback on this other page)
